Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the use of the Superhero Universe website. They match what the pages actually do. Last updated 14 October 2026. They do not create a sales contract, a shipping promise, or a relationship with Marvel or Disney.
The store
The site is operated as Superhero Universe, an independent collectibles store at 2/53 Salisbury Rd, Asquith NSW 2077, Australia. Phone +61 2 9443 5271. Email [email protected]. An ABN and opening hours are not published on this website. By using the pages you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Use of the site
You may browse categories, read collector guides, and send an inquiry. You may print a page for your own reading. You may not copy the site into another store, scrape it in order to republish it, or present the pages as an official Marvel or Disney service. You may not attempt to interfere with the files, the forms, or another visitor’s browser data.
Saving an inquiry in the browser does not place an order and does not reserve an item. Opening an email draft does not place an order either. An inquiry is a request for information. A reply, if one is sent, is a conversation about that request. It is not an invoice and it is not a confirmation of stock.
No checkout and no prices
The website does not display prices, currencies, or a price filter. It does not process payment, and it does not collect card numbers. Nothing on a page is an offer to sell at a stated amount. There is no cart, no checkout, and no order number. Because the site does not take payment and does not ship from the website, these terms do not publish a delivery time, a shipping fee, or a returns window. Those subjects are not hidden. They are outside what the website does. If a purchase is ever discussed after an inquiry, it would be a separate conversation, and it is not formed by clicking a button here.
Product information
Category text describes kinds of collectibles, such as action figures, statues, superhero toys, display figures, character accessories, and collector gifts. It does not confirm a manufacturer, a material, an age rating, dimensions, a scale, authenticity, a license, or availability unless a page explicitly says that fact is known. At present, those facts are not stated as confirmed inventory. Character names, including names such as Spider-Man or Iron Man, are used only so a visitor can describe the kind of figure they want to ask about. A name on a page is not a promise that a specific figure is held for sale.
Photographs on the site are original display scenes of generic collectible figures. They illustrate shelves, risers, and cases. They are not official product photographs, and they are not a picture of a particular SKU. Do not treat a photograph as a specification.
Trademarks
Superhero Universe is an independent store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Marvel Entertainment, Marvel Studios, or The Walt Disney Company. We are not the manufacturer of Marvel-branded products. Marvel and related character names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. The store name describes the subject people browse. It is not a claim of authorization. You may not use our pages, our logo, or our wording to suggest that Marvel or Disney operates this store.
Guides
Collector guides are general notes written for this website. They discuss shelves, dust, grouping by character or by type, and how to ask a question. They are not official instructions from a manufacturer or from a rights holder. If a figure you already own came with a care note, that note governs the object. Our guide does not replace it, and it is not a warranty against damage.
Forms and email
The contact form and the product details form store a copy of what you type in your browser and open an email draft to [email protected]. You send the email yourself, from your own mail application. The page does not confirm delivery. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content. Do not use the form to send payment details. How the browser copy is stored is explained in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
No account and no reliance on unstated facts
The site does not issue a username. A saved list in one browser is not a customer record. We do not promise that a category you saved will still match a later reply, because the list never left your device until you email us. We do not promise a response time. Phone calls to +61 2 9443 5271 and emails to [email protected] are the contact methods published on the site.
Intellectual property in the site
The text, layout, and original photographs of this website are published so you can read them and ask about categories. You may share a link to a page. You may not republish the text or the photographs as your own catalog. Third-party names remain the property of their owners, as stated in the disclaimer.
Liability
The pages are provided as a catalog of categories and as general collector reading. They may be updated, interrupted, or corrected. To the extent the law allows, Superhero Universe is not liable for a decision you make solely from a category description, a photograph, or a guide, or for a draft email that you did not send. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Because the website does not complete a purchase, these terms are not a set of sale conditions for goods.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The store address is in Asquith, New South Wales. A dispute about the use of the website is subject to the courts of New South Wales, except where a law gives you a right to bring a claim somewhere else that cannot be limited here.
Changes
We may update these terms when the website changes. The date at the top of this page will change with the text. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms for later use. An email you already sent is still just that email. It does not become an order because the terms were edited.
Contact
Questions about these terms: Superhero Universe, 2/53 Salisbury Rd, Asquith NSW 2077, Australia, +61 2 9443 5271, [email protected].
What each control on the site is for
A text link or a button that names a page opens that page. “View Collectible” opens a category page or the product details page. It does not place a hold. “Explore Collections” opens the filter page. “Contact Us” opens the inquiry page. “Save and open email” stores a local copy and opens a draft to [email protected]. “Continue to contact” only carries a name, an email address, and a category from a short form onto the contact page. None of these controls charges a card, creates an account, or produces an order number.
The collection page can filter and sort the cards. Search compares the words already printed on the cards. Sort changes order by name or by the featured sequence. There is no control for price, because price is not a field on the card. Hiding a card with a filter does not delete a category from the store. It only changes what that visit shows.
Why these terms do not list shipping or returns
A retail site that takes payment usually publishes a delivery time, a shipping fee, and a way to send goods back. This website does not take payment and does not ship from a checkout, so publishing a delivery promise or a returns window would describe a sale the pages do not make. If you and the store later discuss a particular piece by phone or by email, that discussion is separate from these terms. It is not formed by opening a category, saving a name, or leaving a draft unsent. Do not treat the absence of a returns table as a hidden thirty-day policy. There is no such table because there is no online sale.
Inquiries are questions
An inquiry asks for information. A good inquiry names the category and the question. It may name a character theme, such as Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Panther, or the Avengers, so the question is specific. That name is your description. It is not a product code issued by Marvel or Disney, and it is not evidence that the piece is on a shelf. We may answer, ask for a clearer description, or say that the site does not state the fact you wanted. We do not promise a clock time for a reply. Silence is not acceptance of an order, because no order was offered.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send. If you ask about the wrong category, the reply can only follow the question. If you put a payment number in the message, do not expect us to use it. Tell us to delete it. The form is the wrong place for that number on purpose.
Photographs and category text
Every photograph is an original scene of generic figures, shelves, risers, or cases. The same scene may appear on more than one page because it illustrates a type of display, not because it documents two different official products. Category sentences describe how collectors usually group that type. They are not a manufacturer’s specification and not a quote from a rights holder. If a sentence and this terms page seem to disagree about whether an item is for sale, this terms page and the disclaimer win: the website does not confirm a sale.
Trademarks and advertisements
You may mention the store by its name when you talk about this website. You may not redraw the pages so they look like an official Marvel or Disney store, and you may not use our wording to claim a license the site does not state. Character names remain the property of their owners. An advertisement that points here should be readable together with the disclaimer. The destination is an independent store at 2/53 Salisbury Rd, Asquith NSW 2077, Australia. It is not an official storefront, and these terms are not an authorisation from the trademark owner.
Guides and your own figures
Collector guides discuss shelves, dust, light, grouping, storage, and gifts in general language. They are notes for reading. They are not a contract to restore a figure, not a promise that a material will survive sunlight, and not a substitute for a care card in a box you already own. If you damage a figure by following a general note instead of the maker’s note, these terms do not make the website the maker.
Acceptable use
Use the site to read and to ask honest questions. Do not send unlawful, threatening, or misleading messages. Do not try to break the forms, fill them with automated junk, or probe the files for another visitor’s local storage. You cannot reach another person’s saved notes through this website, because those notes stay on their device, but you still must not attempt it. Do not copy the photographs into another catalog and present them as your product shots. A link to a page is fine. Republishing the text as if you wrote it is not.
No account, no points, no reviews
The site does not open an account, does not store a password, and does not award points. It does not publish star ratings or customer stories. There is no category bookmark and no loyalty record. If you expected a membership, you are on the wrong kind of page. The contact tools are the whole of the “account”: the inquiry copy in your browser, and any email you actually send.
Liability and the Australian Consumer Law
Read the pages as a catalog of categories and as general collector notes. They can change, and a sentence can be corrected when it is wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a decision you take only from a category card, a photograph, or a guide, or for a draft you never sent. Nothing here excludes a guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that the law says cannot be excluded. Because the website does not sell through a checkout, these terms are not the conditions of a sale of goods. A later conversation about a real piece would have to speak for itself.
New South Wales
The store is in Asquith, New South Wales. These terms use the law of New South Wales, Australia, for disputes about the use of the website. If a statute lets you bring a claim in another place and that permission cannot be waived, this sentence does not take it away. Writing to the store does not move the store out of Australia.
Updates
When the website changes in a way that changes these rules, the page at terms.html is replaced and the date at the top changes. Using the site after that date means the new terms apply to later use. An email already sent is not rewritten by the new page. It remains a question, not an order, unless a separate reply said otherwise in so many words.
Contact details inside these terms
Questions about these terms go to the same place as product questions, with a subject that says the message is about the terms. Superhero Universe, 2/53 Salisbury Rd, Asquith NSW 2077, Australia. Phone +61 2 9443 5271. Email [email protected]. Please do not send a terms question to Marvel Entertainment or to Disney and expect this store to see it. Those companies do not operate this website. An ABN is not printed here. If you need a registration number for your own records, ask in the message. Do not invent one from the street address.
These terms, the disclaimer, the privacy policy, and the cookie policy are meant to be read together. The terms say what use of the site is allowed and why there is no checkout. The disclaimer says the store is independent and how names and photographs should be read. The privacy policy says what happens to an inquiry. The cookie policy says that our scripts do not set cookies and names the two local storage keys. A button in the footer opens each of those pages. The sentence under the buttons is a reminder, not a shorter contract.
Entire agreement about the website
For the use of these pages, the terms, the disclaimer, the privacy policy, and the cookie policy are the written rules. A category card does not add a sale condition. A guide does not add a warranty. A photograph does not add a specification. Opening a card does not add a reservation. If a person on a phone call or in an email later states a specific fact about a specific question, that message speaks for that fact. It does not rewrite these pages into a shop with prices.
Headings are for reading. They do not limit the paragraphs under them. If part of a sentence cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms still apply to the use of the site. These terms are written in English, which is the language of the pages. They are not a translation of a different official rulebook from a rights holder, because the rights holder does not publish this store’s rules.
If you do not accept these terms, stop using the site. You may still call or write with a question about a category, and that message will be read as a question under the same limits: it is not an order, it does not set a price, and it does not make the store a part of Marvel or Disney. The published contact point remains Superhero Universe, 2/53 Salisbury Rd, Asquith NSW 2077, Australia, +61 2 9443 5271, [email protected]. Printing a page for your own reading is allowed. Republishing the page as a shop of your own is not. The date on this page is the date of the wording you are reading, and a later visit should be checked against the date then shown.
How a disagreement about the site should start
If you think a page overstates what the store is, or you think a form did something other than save a local copy and open a draft, contact the store before you treat the page as a contract of sale. Say which page you opened and what you expected. The store can correct a sentence that is wrong. It cannot turn a category description into a paid order after the fact, because the pages never offered one. Keep a copy of any email you send about the terms. The mailbox that receives it is [email protected], and the street address for a letter is 2/53 Salisbury Rd, Asquith NSW 2077, Australia. A phone call to +61 2 9443 5271 can raise the same point.
Read the disclaimer, the privacy policy, and the cookie policy.
