If those facts are absent, they are absent because they are not confirmed on the website.

How to describe the item in the message
Useful details are the ones you know from looking, not the ones you hope are true. Say the category. Say the question: a display fit, a gift, or something the category page left unstated. Measurements of your shelf help if size is the issue.
