What to include, and what not to expect
The form is for a question about a collectible category. A useful message has your name, an email address you actually read, the category, and the question in a few plain sentences. A phone number is optional. A product name is optional and should be your description, not a code you guessed. A subject line helps the draft stay recognizable in your mail app. Please do not put a card number, a password, or an identity document number in the message. There is nowhere on this website to pay, and the form will not become a receipt.
When you press the button, two separate things happen. The browser stores a copy of the inquiry on this device, and it opens a draft to [email protected]. If the draft does not open, you can still write to that address yourself, or call +61 2 9443 5271. Sending is your action in the mail program. This page cannot tell you that the message arrived.
